Website & Demo Terms

1. About these terms
These terms cover the IDX Guard marketing website and interactive demos intended for US MLS boards, associations, and IDX providers. They do not replace a signed service agreement, order form, data processing agreement, or MLS data licence. The live monitoring service is separate from the fictional dashboard demonstration.
2. Using the website and demo
Use the website for lawful business evaluation. You must have authority to act for any organization you represent. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, or upload information you are not authorized to use. Do not enter real passwords, MLS credentials, personal information, confidential client data, or real listing records into the demo.
Demo sign-in only selects a fictional workspace; it does not authenticate you or provide production access. Demo changes are stored in your browser and can be visible to others using the same browser profile. Local downloads stay on your device unless you share them.
3. Monitoring and review
Service coverage, authorized data access, rule mapping, scan frequency, evidence retention, and responsibilities must be agreed in writing. Findings identify potential issues for human review. They are not legal opinions or automatic determinations of a violation. Your board or organization controls licensing decisions, corrective requests, and enforcement. Discovery cannot identify every website or guarantee that a site is unauthorized.
4. Pricing and commercial agreements
Published prices are approximate USD estimates, not binding quotes or an offer to enter a contract. Services are offered on annual contracts with separately scoped setup fees. Final charges, payment schedules, renewals, termination rights, and any qualifying-site bounty are defined in a signed agreement. No purchase or payment is completed through this website.
5. Content and intellectual property
IDX Guard branding, original website content, and demonstration materials belong to the operator or their licensors. You may use the demo to evaluate the service. This does not grant rights to MLS data, third-party marks, or customer material. Third-party software and font licences remain applicable.
6. Availability, limitations, and disputes
The free website and demo are provided for business evaluation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page or fictional finding is complete, current, or error-free. They are not legal advice and should not be used to make real compliance decisions. You may stop using the website or demo at any time. Liability remains subject to applicable law; these website terms do not impose a fixed monetary liability cap. Nothing excludes liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any paid-service warranties, remedies, and liability limits must be agreed separately in the service contract.
For business users, these website terms are governed by Croatian law, with disputes subject to the competent courts in Bjelovar, Croatia. Mandatory applicable rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Paid services are governed by their signed agreement.
If a dispute arises, contact legal@idxguard.com with the details so we can attempt a practical resolution. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising mandatory rights, and does not suspend any legal deadline. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is included in these website terms.
7. Privacy and updates
See the Privacy Policy and Cookies & Browser Storage notice. Material changes will be reflected in the published effective date.
