Accessibility Statement

Our goal

We aim to make IDX Guard usable by people with disabilities, including MLS compliance staff and IDX provider teams. Our technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not a claim of verified conformance or legal certification.

Features included

The website includes labeled form controls, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support on marketing pages. Its information is presented as text rather than embedded in images wherever practical. Demo tables and controls are intended to support keyboard use.

Assessment and known limits

A complete independent accessibility audit has not been completed. Our last internal check was: 2 November 2026: limited internal checks of policy pages and consent controls at desktop and 390-pixel mobile widths, including visible focus, modal opening/closing, and preference controls. This was not a complete WCAG or screen-reader audit.

Wide data tables may require horizontal scrolling on small screens. A complete screen-reader, contrast, 200%/400% zoom and reflow, and keyboard review of both demo workspaces remains outstanding. These are assessment gaps, not claims that every untested feature conforms or fails. No full WCAG conformance certification is claimed.

Responsible owner: Site operator (Oleksii Komarov). We prioritize issues that prevent access to core information or functions, and assess other confirmed barriers according to their impact. Record the affected page, impact, workaround, owner, and target date for each confirmed barrier; communicate significant delays.

If you encounter a barrier, include the page URL, the action you were trying to complete, and any browser or assistive technology details you wish to share. Do not include real credentials or confidential MLS data. You can request the information in another usable format.
